Unable to add E520 in express (servers unavailable)

I installed garmin express 4.1.28 on my computer (windows 7) and it finds my device however it always says "Were unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time" and I can't go any further.
I can pass the garmin connection test here --> http://omt.garmin.com/ so it isn't a connection issue (firewall disabled)
Timezone is correct GMT +1
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks

    - Garmin Express is up to date
    - Internet connection meets the system requirements -> ADSL
    - Date and Time Settings are ok
    - I don't use Firewall
    - I don't use Proxy anyway selected the box "Automatically detect settings"

    In how many GE instances (different pc) a device like this E520 can be configurated? Because my E520 works well in my work pc while cannot be installed in my home pc (servers unavailable).
