Problem Loading OSM Maps - Cannot Unlock Maps

I just bought a 520 - it has firmware 6.20 installed. I've been trying to install OSM maps to replace the Garmin base maps. I followed the instructions on DC Rainmaker's website - the only difference is I sourced the maps from http://extract.bbbike.org/.

I've tried a few different mapping formats, but I keep getting the issue - "Cannot Unlock Maps" message appears when I power up the Garmin, and no maps are displayed.

Is there a particular format that I should be using? I hope this is not a new DRM "feature" introduced in 6.20.

I had the same issue with the 1000. I installed the map using Basecamp and didn't have the problem.

I can confirm that bbbike maps are working fine with 6.20.

You have to choose Garmin OSM (ASCII) map type on the bbbike.org to use it with newer firmwares
