Bluetooth connection issues w/ Samsung Galaxy S7

Hey all,

I have had an XPeria Z3 Compact paired by Bluetooth w/ my Edge 520 and it has worked flawlessly for months.
I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S7 and I have issues.

The pairing works, I see the 520 in my paired devices list but it never connects!
When in "Connect" app, I try to add a device, it just tells me to do the pairing and that from then on, it'll connect anytime both devices (phone and Edge) are available.

What can I do?

For information, I tried to connect the Edge with my tablet (Galaxy Tab S2) and it works just as flawlessly as it did before on the Sony device.
So I must be doing the right process, just the S7 does not want to connect to the Edge any time it is available.

Just to be thorough: whenever I would try on another device, I would "forget" the Edge from all devices, "forget" any device set-up in the Edge to start with a clean sheet.

Nothing to do, it only seems to work with the Sony and the tablet...

Any ideas?

I had similar problems with my Nexus 6P. It got better with the 520 firmware version 6.0 and the latest Connect app on my phone. Before those changes I contacted support and they sent me a new 520 thinking the Bluetooth chip was faulty.
