Auto pause - Need help.

Hi Everybody,

I changed my bike and moved the speed and cadence sensors to the new bike. All installed correctly.

It might be just a coincidence but it never happened to me with the previous bike which is extremely strange.

Suddenly the auto pause kicks in randomly while riding. I didn't change anything in the settings. The 520 is running on the latest firmware upgrades.

I tried deleting the speed sensor and pairing it again a few times but it continues to happen.

Any ideas?

That shoots down my idea that opening and closing the cover made it better.

The problem is with the sensor. If you haven't tried putting something behind the battery to make it press tighter against the contact, you could try that. Contact support to get a replacement.

I'll do that.

Before I contact support, I never loose the connection between the 520 and the sensor while riding. When it turns on, it pairs immediately.
When you checked the FIT files you said you didn't see them loosing connection. So, are you sure it is the battery?

No I can't be sure. There have been a few of us that found the problem went away after fooling around with the battery so it's probably worth checking. But maybe just asking for a replacement would be a better way to go.
