get GPS coordinates on EDGE 520

Hi all!

I have just bought a edge 520 and I am really psyched with this little gadget.

Though I have been exploring a tone of really nice features that I even didn't know existed, there is still one that I am missing.

I can't find a way to see my GPS coordinates on the device.
I know that some other edges have this information available..
Can please someone point me on the right direction?
I even found the way to set the format of location, so it won't make any sense that this information is not available.

This may not be the quickest way, but it will give you what you want.

Once the Edge has a GPS lock, press the power button to bring up the brightness control. Now hold the lap button down for about 5 seconds.

This will bring up a new menu containing

Diagnostics
View Satellites
GPS Simulation

Select the "View Satellites". This will show your current Lat/Lon data.

I would think that with the planned release of Connect IQ for the Edge 520 that adding positional data fields that show lat/lon should be possible. I have not had had a chance to invest any time in to looking at Connect IQ yet.

If I remember correctly, the COMPASS screen shows the GPS coordinates as well.

Correct the compass page does and it would be easier to access.

Settings -> Activity Profiles -> <Name of profile you wish to change> -> Data Screens - Compass (On)
