Edge 520 won't charge above 15%

I recently took delivery of a new Edge 520 which replaced a faulty 510 that I had.

However, I'm experiencing issues with charging.

When plugged in to charge (either to the mains via an AC adaptor or to a computer via usb), it will not go above 15%?!???

Any ideas? This is extremely frustrating!!

This sounds like the battery memory needs resetting. Try this. Disable the auto sleep function under the activity profile and leave the unit on until it has drain the battery. Next leave it charging for 10 hours or so and see if that fixes it.
