How long does that auto-upload take, and can it be sped up?

My Edge 25 is connected to my phone via bluetooth throughout my ride. When I finished my ride today, I pushed the button to end my ride. It then takes about 3 or 4 minutes for it to upload to garmin connect / strava.

Does that sound normal? I could imagine it should get uploaded in seconds.

After I end the ride, it shows a summary of my ride. Do I have to exit that screen before it tries to upload?

Does anyone know how to get the ride to upload more quickly?

you're worried about 3-4 minutes? Still, time taken to upload will depend on the amount of data transferred and the quality of the link between your phone and the Edge. For best speed, make sure the the ride is short (less data), the edge and phone are close and the phone is connected to the highest bandwidth connection possible.
