Using courses on Edge 25

I have a couple of courses that I made using Garmin connect on my Edge 25, which have loaded across fine. I can see the maps in the full view, but every time I click on do course it crashes the module. Anyone know how I can use this function? I have a heart monitor paired with it and have updated to 2.7

I had the same thing. Too many course points in the file.

I also had the same problem.
I figured out to bypass the problem 5 minutes ago. It seems like there is a bug in Garmin Connect.
When I send the course from garmin connect to the device, the edge 25 crashes when starting a course.

When you manually download the course from garmin connect and copy it manually to the edge 25 NEWFILES folder, it works.

You can use this URL to export your file manually:

connect.garmin.com/.../COURSE_ID_HERE

example:
when you open a course (click on view details) in garmin connect you have this URL:
connect.garmin.com/.../1234567

change the url and the fit file will download:
connect.garmin.com/.../1234567
