Garmin Edge 130 plus cannot sync

My Garmin Edge 130 plus, says its synchronizing but its been like half an hour.

Today early in the morning as soon as i turn it on, it just got stuck in the Garmin logo at the beginning and i manage to restarted, but hours later now it doesn't sync, i already tried to disconnect it and connect it again.

To many routes / courses etc on the device will cause issues, not in the manual :(

Is that with Connect Mobile or Express? Connect Mobile can be very slow and can eventually time out. Express has always been instantaneous for me. Restarting the Edge often helps. Also erasing old activity history from the Edge can help.
