Some courses do not get transmitted to the device

Hi,

Not sure why but recently, courses does not get transmitted to the device. We tried one imported gpx file (works totally fine on web and the mobile app) and one we made ourselves. Still no luck. The status shows as the course has been sent but no luck.

We also tried to copy the file directly to the device (using NewFile folder)

The 130 can only store a maximum of 15 courses. The behavior you describe is consistent with already having the max number stored on the device. Check how many you have stored.

If you have too many, delete some from the 130. They will still remain in GC available to be uploaded again at a later date.
