Is it possible display course points (points of interest) on the screen by following a route like in the edge 200?

Garmin Connect should add them to course file when exporting directly to the device depending on on the device. If the device does not have maps to allow the unit to generate turn-by-turn instructions then GC should insert course points into the course file.
So for the 130 it should add them when exported directly to the unit, but will not add them if you export the course to the file system on the PC as it does not know what the intended target device is.
I'm not sure why GC doesn't always include them. RWGPS always writes them to FIT and TCX files.
I don't know if the OP has a 130 or is thinking of getting one.
Thanks for the answers, but what I want is this here ... The route was made in GC and this is an edge 200
Yeah, that's a course point.
It looks like the 130 can use course points.

"MARKERS/WAYPOINT DIRECTION" => "Yes"
I'm actually really happy that Garmin doesn't include all way points when sending to the PC. I hate all the extraneous way points it automatically includes for trail runs for every sharp corner going up a set of switch backs. I use the Export to PC as a way to avoid getting way points.
Pretty sure if you create custom course points, those do get included even when downloading to the PC.
I would expect custom waypoints to be including when downloading to PC it is just the automatically generated ones that will be excluded when downloading to a PC.
