new Edge 130 and no segments even though I am a Summit

hey there

just got a brand new Edge 130 and did the whole setup.
Ãll fine except I don't get to see any segments, I only get what is in the image

What I did so far:
- reset
- hard reset
- add strava segments to my garmin connect (and it's visible on my dashboard) ?
- check on garmin app iOS if I can see that I was supposed to use Strava segments ?
- I am a summit member (all three types)
- did a couple of rides using the device (at least two between any reset, just to be sure)
- got to see all history of rides on the device
- I was able to import *.gpx files via file transfer and see them on the device
- disable integration on Strava account and re-enable it
- marked as "ON' the Popular Segments on segments page on Strava (even though it goes back to 'off' every time the page is reloaded)
- synced the device via garmin express (in three different laptops: 2 mac and 1 windows) and the iOS app

I'm about to post the same on Strava support...
I've even twitter about it expecting some noise to be helpful but no success

    I found myself what is the issue.

    The communication between Strava and Garmin breaks if you happen to have a segment starred without a Personal record.

    I just removed all segments that I had saved for the future (running and cycling) and then finally could see the segments on the device

  • Sync it via Garmin Express on a PC/Mac?
