How do I activate the cool color graphics that I have downloaded on my device?

How do I select the cool color graphics for all the different data screens? I have confirmed that it is on my Edge 1030, but the instructions to select it simply don't work. It's like it's not even there.

What is the "cool color graphics"? It is easier to help you if you tell us what it is or post links to what you've added to the Edge. Is it something from Connect IQ?

I've downloaded the necessary files to my device as indicated by Garmin Connect, but when I go to use it, well it's simply not a choice.

Have you verified that the data field is installed by looking in the Connect IQ app? Select your device and look at the number at "My Data Fields". If you only installed 1 then it should say 1.

Do you see any data fields in the Connect IQ category when you try to add it to the data screen.
