Garmin Edge 1030 is lossing connections with Rotor Inspider powermeter

Have seen lots of similar issus on forus but not with a solution to fix the problem. Strangely it was working fine for months and suddenly it start dropping connections for a few seconds and then reconnect indicating "powermeter connection found".

Someone with a solution.

I am having the same problem. It cuts out for 6 seconds or so during interval training or in time trials and its annoying not to be able to count on the data in this way. It was fine for several months before this.

I am reading a lot of comments on similar issues of dropping connections between Garmin 1030 and Rotor Inspider. This with all latest firmware installed. But seems nobody has ever proposed the solution. And also not from Garmin or Rotor. Any feedback.
