UT 800 light rattles at the bottom of the 1030 plus

When my UT 800 light is attached to the bottom of the 1030 plus mount there is a bit of play there which means the light rattles when I'm cycling.

Has anyone a recommended solution or how should I request a replacement?

It is likely that the inner part of the quarter mount on the UT800 has worn. You could try adding some thing in there to padded it out a little or replace the mount.
