Quarq power meter

Hi everyone.

I've read every bit I can on this and cannot find the answer .

I have a quarq power meter,  my 1030 ads it as BLE, it reads power when riding but domestic display the data. I contacted quarq and got very little help other than it needs to be connected to ant+.

If I disable the sensor as BLE, and try to pair a new sensor it doesn't find it at all.

Any ideas?
