Edge 1030 13.75 unable to pair with samsung s21

I am unable to connect my edge 1030 to my android phone via the connect app. Tried everything, restarting both devices, resetting, unpairing, etc. Nothing works. Evrytime it fails at rhe syncing step and the edge cannot connect to the smartphone...

My Edge 1030 with 13.75 installed is paired with my Samsung S21. Be sure to erase all Bluetooth mentions of your Edge on your phone before trying to pair the phone and the Edge. Do the samething in Garmin Connect app on your phone : erase the mention of your Edge.

Already tried all of that and it doesn't work... even tried uninstalling the connect app and removing all devices from the app in case there was interference between edge and my watch. Glad to hear it works on your s21 though!

it does work fine on my GF's Iphone. So it doesn't seem to be the garmin device that is problematic

Make sure the Edge is removed from bluetooth devices on all phones it has been added to. Restart phones. Make sure it is still removed from bluetooth devices on all phones. Then open Connect and add the device.
