Hi, sorry to raise what looks like a common question however I have not been able to resolve my issue using previous threads I could find.
I have an Edge 1030, using for about two years and have been very happy with it to date, including when using navigation.
Last week I did the update to software and latest maps, and found since turn by turn navigation no longer working when navigating courses used successfully previously. It seems to take a bit longer than it used to for completing the ‘calculating course…,’ step, the map then opens, but from then on the panel at the top of the map screen which normally has the turn by turn instructions is blank.
Have tried turning unit on and off several times, and using different (all previously used) routes but problem persists.
Have confirmed turn by turn definitely enabled on the unit.
I have software version 13.73
All the maps on unit enabled (Worldwide DEM Basemap NR, Garmin Geocode Map Aus/NZ 2022.10, and Garmin DEM Map AUS/NZ 2022.10.
‘GPS only’ mode selected.
Short of full reset of unit, which I am now doubtful will work, lost for ideas how to fix.
Any help greatly appreciated.
