Can’t pair Wahoo Kickr Core

Hi all,

I’ve just upgraded my Edge 1030 to version 13.73.

As it happens here and there, the head unit wasn’t connecting to the sensors. I’ve removed it all and trying to connect back my Kickr Core.

However, when I click add sensor, there is no option for Indoor Trainer in the list of sensor types. If click Search All from menu it finds Kickr as a power meter. Adding the smart trainer as a power meter doesn’t help at all as it needs data for cadance/speed as well.

Even if I do, power data comes as flaky. It reads and loses data all the time.

Could any one had tricks/advice?

Same issue here on a edge 530. It worked well for 1 year.

IIRC, before I was meant to be added from sensor screen. However, there is a Indoor Trainer screen now and trainers should be added from that screen now. Apparently!

I spent a solid hour to find that out. Try the same. I hope it helps
