The latest firmware (13.40) is full of problems!

The Varia disconnects and reconnects, in addition, it reports errors (two mounth) . Discussion forums in all world are full of this topic. Before finishing the updates for the 1030 they must resolve this error! Garmin hurry up!!!

    I'm running 13.40 and got no disconnects for my Varia RTL515. 

    It is a bit odd that users don't post their issues in the official Garmin Forum.

    It probably only concerns the EUROPEAN version!
    I've the error logs, you aren't a Garmin technician.. don't waste my time . thanks

    You are writing in the user forum. If you only want to talk to Garmin you should file a support case instead of writing here.

    I'm running the European version I guess. I live in Sweden.

    Why do you not contact Garmin directly by phone, I had in the past trouble with a Vivoactive 4 and also my Edge 1030. After connecting with Garmin and sending some photo's and logfiles they could solve my problems.

    I also get this once in a while (both disconnect and error), but it immediately reconnect by itself so this is not a big problem. Just an annoyance.

    There are always defects in software and hardware which some users experience under certain circumstances. This defect seems to be related to CIQ data fields. 

    Was your issue with CIQ data fields with your Varia? You didn't mention that. 

    You said it was in forums all over the world, but there was nothing in the official forum which I think is very odd. Which forums had those discussions? It is interesting to know where users are discussing issues if they are not using the official forum.

    have just made a small 33km round with the new Fw 3.50. Had also again disconnects from the original Garmin HR and Stages PM Gen3. SRAM eTap components I can not say yet, because the bike with which I was on the road still has a mechanical gearbox.
