Is there a way to see my data screens on my computer? Thru Garmin connect? I'd love to be able to see all 6 or 8 screens at once to better organize.

nope. Be patient you have to do this only once. It is possible to backup you screens when you are done, Garmin have supports notes on how to manually backup the Edge devices, you can search for those on the support site.

Make a Printscreen of each data screen on the Garmin. Import them on the same page in the software of your choice and print them...
