download my recorded track as GPX or KMZ/KML?

How do I download my recorded track from my 1030 to my Windows laptop, in GPX or KMZ/KML format?

Seems like such an obvious thing. Been doing it for years, first with an eTrex Vista Hcx (using Mapsource), then an eTrex 30x (using Basecamp). But I can't find anything in the 1030 manual to give me a clue. Hopefully I'm just overlooking something dumb.

Once you upload your ride. You can download it in various formats from the Connect website by clicking on the 'cog' icon when viewing the activity

Ah, thanks, I see it now!

Ironically, even though I want it for Google Earth, it looks like I'll be downloading as GPX. I tried downloading the KML, but after opening it in GE and doing "show elevation profile", it showed the elevation chart without the speeds. Opening the GPX version, I get the speeds. There's probably an answer for the KML download, but it's not worth the time since I can use the GPX.
