SRAM AXS etap 12 speeds and battery (front and rear) power level display

If it's the same as the 11-speed eTap, you have to go into the eTap sensor details to see the charge levels for each eTap battery.

Opening the only one sensor (rear i suppose)  details, i only get that , for the number of gear--teeth setting

but nothing concerning battery charge

What error do you see?

When I look at the eTap sensor on my 1030, I also see an About field, which appears to be missing from yours:

and when I tap on About I see a list of the components the sensor knows about:

and when I tap on one of those, among the details shown is the battery status:

In this case, I charged the derailleur battery only a couple of days ago and haven't ridden that bike since, so the status still shows as "New".

Some antivirus products see that file as containing a virus/malware. Windows Defender on my machine sees the EXE in the zip file as having a virus, and won't allow it to be run.

The About field only appears if device is in range and connected to eTap sensor
