Garmin 810 diagnostic screen

I have the Diagnostic screen issue. I have held down all three buttons but still no luck...

Should I be doing something as I turn it off? The diagnostic screen suddenly appeared today out of nowhere!!!

    Normally the diagnostic screen appears if:
    -the device ist completely turned off
    -press the Start button (right front) - keep pressing
    -press the On button - keep pressing Start button.

    (turn off the device by long pressing On/Off button)

    If the diacnostic screen appears from its own during booting, the reason mostly is a stuck Start button.
    I never heard of diagnostic screen appearing „suddenly out of nowhere“.

    Evening, the start button isn't stuck down. I can test it on the diagnostic page. It moves with a press when Garmin is off too. I will continue to press and hold start button whilst turning on power.

    As yet no luck... But will try!

    My expression of appearing out of nowhere was based on I gave never seen the page before and it's driving me mad!!!!
