Firmware 11

I not seeing the usual reviews of new firmware. Anyone install Ver. 11 and have any issues?

I directly downloaded the zip file and the installation went without problems on our 2 Edges.

I will try it on a ride Friday... Today way -6°C. Projection for Friday is +12°C. Maybe last ride of the year?

I did an upload via the zipfile.

Riden this morning and uploaded ride after without problems.

The Live Track showed the course I followed plus the deviation I took (course in purple and actual ride in blue)

Paired with a powermeter, varia radar, UTL(?) 800 front light and TICKR HRM without problems.

No Segment data as I dont subscribe ot Strava anymore

I also used the My Bike Radar Traffic IQ app to capture data for the first time too.

Only issue I had was that the firmwear update meant I had to reset some of the live tracking settings on the Edge (not the connnect app)

You can test with Garmin segments

I know but I never understood the concept of them when I did subscribe. If i wanted to race, I'd pin a number on again.

I have enabled the Garmin ones but not bothered selecting any or looking at any data.

So I guess that's a "Garmin Segements enabled, data not checked but the Edge unit didnt fall over" user experience

I have done 4 rides with firmware 11. No problems at all, but I lost my local language. I now only have English!

I save my rides on the memory card, but I cannot see them and the device freezes.

Since the 1030 has a considerable amount of memory, why place your rides on the SD Card?
