I had a visit to my bike shop an another day to replace my - almost cracked CF seat post - and btw I asked them for best advise.
I like not fast but more longer, several hours trail/gravel ride.
So ended up with a bike fit, also a recommendation to learn standing up frequently in a saddle for couple seconds. A muscle refresh, how they calling it.
Looking through the menu's, how to set screen alerts when moving only, let say incrementally every 10 minutes?
Audible alert is not a best, I have a frame bag on my bike for the phone, wallet and things, and many times from the ambient noise I cannot really hear clearly what my phone is saying but the screen in front of me is turning ON anyway some important action is coming up. For this same reason I just hate why garmin didn't included a speaker into the Edge, I setup a route and a stupid phone is speaking to me from a bag.
p.s. the bike "new dimensions" now feels soo different, the reach is longer and my back is flatter, I believe I have discovered some new muscles in legs as well, they told me to keep this tune for several weeks before judging about :)
