Weather info not available - Edge 1030

Garmin Connect on android, Samsung S9.

In GC I don't even see anything about any Weather apps, not in Notifications and not in Phone Permissions lists,

shall I assume I would need some third party app (other than Samsung or Google store) that the Garmin can extract the info to Edge 1030?

Sorry, I got it working, forgot that the gps must see the sky for location lock and won't work in the garage
