Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHZ network and not a 5GHZ
How do I know what my network is? Thanks for your help
+1 on making sure it’s 2.4ghz and make sure you have completed the following

Based on my understanding, your wifi router can have one SSID for both bands or a separate SSID and network name for each, as ZuhMan mentions. If the former, each device will decide which frequency to use. If the latter, you can pick which network to use for each device. I sincerely doubt you have a router with only 5G.
All routers pretty much have both frequencies to be backward compatible with the a, b, g and n standards. You must know your equipment.
