1030 Crashing - How do I send 'Debugging' folder?

My 1030 starting crashing recently. Usually once a ride now. I'm on a MacBook and my 1030 is version 9.5

I've read some other threads that talk about sending contents of the 'Debugging' folder. Do I send ALL of the Debugging folder contents or just certain files? If it the entire folder, how do I send it? Email? Or is there a way to attach it to a post?

For my last crashing issue with 9.48beta (bootloop), I originally sent what seemed relevant logs, and they had me zip up the whole directory and send. I wish Garmin had a modern ticketing system that you could open tickets and attach, but generally you just attach that zip file in an email to [email protected].and pretend it's still 1999. :)
