Firmware 9.50 - device not power up

Hi, 

Did Garmin implement new "feature" before releasing Plus version in order to have normal 1030 useless?

This is the second time when device is not booting if I press Power button , solution is to press both  power and start buttons in the same time 

I have reset my device to defaults and next day it was the same (with nothing set on the device)

Also GPS is rubbish , I had 2-3 disconnect (GPS lost connection)

At one ride , I had off course , I thought that GPS was lost  , device stuck in the same climb pro screen 

To be honest the must rubbish firmware since release 

Garmin fix asap this issues , as I mention that you are doing on purpose 

I had almost all betas and final FW until now but this is crap !

    After an 70 km ride, I have pressed Start/Stop  button in order to pause the ride, then Press power button in order to put the Edge 1030 in standby

    When I wanted to resume the ride, I have pressed Power button again , but nothing happen

     I rode another 90 km with a 500 eur closed device attached to my handle bar

    And Garmin does not give a ***

    I am  thinking to buy Wahoo Roam

    I updated my 1030 shortly after 9.5 was released and what a nightmare.  I spent the better part of a day trying to get 1030 to work again. Power+Start button combo finally got it to work after many many attempts.  Now I'm experiencing battery drain issues.  I experienced my third incident this week where my 1030 was completely dead after having charged it to 100% the day before.  Garmin please fix these issues ASAP.  This is frustrating.  I pulled out your competitors computer that I hadn't used for a month or more and it just worked, still fully charged.  You make very capable computers/products and when it's working it's great, but I don't have confidence that it's "just going to work" when I need it for ride.  Your competitors product always just works.  I have never had issues with their firmware updates like I have with my Garmin products.  My 1030 is not the only device that I have struggled with, my Garmin Vector 3 pedals have suffered lots of issues until my last beta firmware update and removing the batteries after each ride.  I really really want to love your products but you are making it hard for me.

    Same here.  And, my Edge 1030 completely factory reset itself once after a forced restart now.

    I experience the same behavior. Pressing the power button just results in the Edge Screen to flash and stay blank. After Long Pressing the Power Button, the Edge starts but sometimes something is missing. Last time it was my personal records who got deleted, before that one of my Activities Profile was gone.

    Very annoying behavior.
