Firmware 9.50 - device not power up

Hi, 

Did Garmin implement new "feature" before releasing Plus version in order to have normal 1030 useless?

This is the second time when device is not booting if I press Power button , solution is to press both  power and start buttons in the same time 

I have reset my device to defaults and next day it was the same (with nothing set on the device)

Also GPS is rubbish , I had 2-3 disconnect (GPS lost connection)

At one ride , I had off course , I thought that GPS was lost  , device stuck in the same climb pro screen 

To be honest the must rubbish firmware since release 

Garmin fix asap this issues , as I mention that you are doing on purpose 

I had almost all betas and final FW until now but this is crap !

    yes I had 2 times. Now ı am not powering off, just make a sleep mode. Though its not draing the battery :) and faster opening

    I also experience the issue where it seems to crash during shutdown. When I try to boot the next day it won't it is hang. I hold power about 10s and then it boots. I then find out battery is drained a lot because if the failed shutdown. It does that very often. Most annoying. Solution ?

    PS. I suggest you do not post multiple issues in the same thread. Not booting and GPS accuracy are unrelated issues that should be in two separate threads, not just one rant about life ...

    Unfortunately from time to time I also have this problem with 9.50 . Sometimes it just boots normal but also had many times the screen flash after pressing the power button and then nothing, needs to hold it for 10s to boot up.

    Same problem also to me. Garmin quality software is a nightmare, every release rollout you have 100% probability to have some issue, with this 9.5 problems  are so big that I'm quite sure to see 9.5.1 in the next few weeks.

    Yes.  I'm having the same issues.  I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds sometimes to get it to turn on.  Then about half the time I have to rebuild the data screen settings and repair my phone and sensors.

    I talked to Garmin last week.  They are aware and working on a fix.

    mine failed to boot today and ever since my pc will not recognize it......  Very frustrating, if it's not sorted out it will be going back

    I had a replacement unit (for the halo issue) about 3 weeks ago, updated to 9.5 and it has been fine for several charges and 10+ rides. Then, all of a sudden today it won't turn on (thought I'd let it go flat).  Charging, got nothing after 2 hours....do powered it up in reset mode...and it came up with the defaults.  Configured it, paired with my phone, shut it down and thought that was it.  Two hours later, I tried to power it up....had to go through the whole thing again again.

    Odd it just started to happen after 2 weeks of 9.5 and operating perfectly.
