FW 9.50 no BT connection when GC is not running on the Huawei P10

Hello to all,

with the new 9.50 FW I only get BT connection after rebooting the Huawei P10 when I run GC on the P10??

Without GC the 1030 is searching endless for the BT P10 . Yes BT is already turned on on. both devices.

All BT permissions are activated. Thanks for your help and greetings from Austria.

Seems to be that with the new FW GC has to be on at the smartphone for beeing connected. About 1 year ago a had an issue (Edge 1030) livetrack doesn't start automatic when GC was on at the Smartphone...But When GC was shut down the Edge made an automatic Livetrack start..So I have to live with GC Always on at the smartphone for automatic Edge connection.. ????

Garmin Connect Mobile is supposed to be running for the phone connection. Sometimes it will connect without the app running but 90% of the time it will not. The question is why not have the app running since so many features of the 1030 depend on it? The app does not use much of the phones resources since it is running in the background.
