Hmm… “Stress Score” is new to me. I have the Training Status display. (It’s rudely calling my current state “Unproductive…” Pfft! I know that!!) However, when I view the Stress Score display, I get “No score history recorded.” What happens when you tap “Measure?”
By the way, my VO2max is given as 45 and my seven-day load as 680 (I’m 61).
Have you read the support page? Why Is My Training Status Not Updating on My Garmin Fitness Device?
Do you have a power meter on your bike and are you using a heart rate monitor? Both are requirements to get a training status.
Do you have any other Garmin device?
How does your VO2 max graph look?
I have this problem: Training status/VO2 unavailable.
I have multiple rides per week (8-12 hours/week) using both power and HR, regularly hit 20 minutes at 80% MHR. I only have one device associated with Garmin Connect. No idea what else to look at to fix.
