Garmin Edge 1030 stuck on Firmware 3.9? G Express showing no updates available?

Hi, I have a Garmin Edge 1030 - it is on software 3.9, which I think is quite out of date, and when I check on Garmin Express is says no updates available? Is that right or is it too old for Garmin Express to recognise it? Thanks.

Load the last Beta. www8.garmin.com/.../download_details.jsp

Then you can install manual the last Beta for your Edge or the last release Version which is also in the Download File.

Check that the version of Garmin Express is up-to-date.

Build 9.00 is the latest public release for the 1030 and 9.10 for the Bontager version.

You can try deleting the following files off the Edge and then disconnect the Edge from the PC so that they get rebuilt. This might fix the issue.

aweatherall 9.10 was also avaible ( https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/f/edge-1030/209330/new-edge-1030-and-edge-1030-bontrager-version-9-10-now-available )for the Edge 1030 with Garmin Express (you can see that in the Beta-File as Backup). The history https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=12335 at Garmin is not edit since last year.
