Power and cadence drop off on Edge 1030, not on FR945

Dear Garmin, can you have a look at these problems please? I contacted chat and reset the Edge as told. It didn’t fix the problem.

they are the same ride, one recorded on FR945, the second on Edge 1030.

why does the edge keep having these drop offs? The vector pedals have the new battery covers, and the edge is new and has been doing this since I got it.

Gillian, did you get a response to this? I'm having same problem, same status - i.e. soft reset the head unit, pedals have the new covers, and is a recurring problem

Hi Dan, yes I did an online chat with Garmin, they talked me through some changes ( software updates deleting all data, start again, none of which worked). So I contacted them again and they sent an email for me to send it to Garmin, and I got a replacement! It’s worth chasing them up if their first options don’t work. Hope this helps!

That's really helpful. Going to do that today. I've done the soft reset a few times, but still getting the drop-offs
