Edge 1030 under recording distance

I have a Garmin Edge from 2019 (which was a replacement of a 2018 unit) and since two weeks it under records speed AFTER 20 km riding. At some point later on (today after 70 km) it comes back to "normal". The SPEED is always correct, it is the DISTANCE and the AVG SPEED that are under recorded. Does anyone know this problem?

  • Are you using a speed sensor?  If so, is the wheel size correct?

Txs! Yes, I'm using the Garmin speed sensor (front wheel).

See the screenshot below: Laps 3, 4, and 5 are crazy. The speed remained the same as before (around 35 km/h).

The final distance displayed now was added manually. When I arrived home, Garmin was at 90 km, but I know very well the route I did, and it was 130km (that was the goal for today).
