Training Effect and training load missing for indoor ride

Dear forum, I did an indoor ride yesterday and TE is missing from the activity on 1030 and then from the app and web once synced. Training load was also not added. HR zones are all correct and I'm sure there is nothing different between this indoor ride and the one I did last Friday. All HR and power data recorded normally. The TE is missing from the local device (1030) so the problem seems to originate from there. There was some kind of crash and recovery when I pressed the stop button before saving the ride and I did connect another new garmin device yesterday. Fit file attached. Cheers.

If it's there can I do something to force it? Or add "something" in? What might be the remedy? Thanks for your time.

I have found missing data and timestamps by comparison to another file but I don't know what I can do to prevent a repeat or to remedy what I've already got...

I would say the missing data is likely due to the crash that happened at the end of the ride. If this continues to be an issue please save a copy of the debug folder on your device and reach out to us through support.garmin.com so we can escalate this appropriately

thanks. is there any way to manually add load or TE or get it calculated retrospectively?

it happens if you do your ride via zwift and do not record the ride on your garmin device directly. That's why I record my indoor rides with my garmin and delete the zwift ride from connect after it uploads.
