SRAM RED AXS gear information not showing in mobile or web?

Maybe I’m doing something silly? I’ve just got a new bike with Red AXS, my 1030 is showing the gear selected and ratios etc. None of this information is available in either the GCMobile app, or GCWeb.. There are lots of threads with people complaining about front chainring data not showing correctly - but I’m not getting anything showing at all... Is there some setup I need to complete?

I've got SRAM Red eTap (not AXS). The gears show on the Garmin unit, but the only way after the event I can see them is by uploading my FIT file into www.di2stats.com. A missed opportunity for Garmin, Strava, ... as all the data is clearly there.

Screen shots on link above are from TrainingPeaks WKO.

Nothing in Garmin Connect currently to show gear changes.

More importantly the large chain ring data for SRAM eTAP and AXS is still broken (see thread above).

Over 3 months now and absolutely no response from Garmin here to acknowledge the issue or suggest when it might be fixed. Remember this used to work before firmware 7.50. It got broke by a Garmin update and no one is courteous enough to acknowledge the issue in these forums. Garmin-Matthew

Thanks Former Member. No reason for Garmin not to fix it - I feel your pain.
