Exercise load not calculated after a ride

Hi,

After my ride yesterday I've noticed that the exercise load was not calculated, although the Aerobic TE and Anaerobic TE are calculated (see image screen1). This is a first for software version 9.10. With my previous rides (also with version 9.10) the exercise load was calculated (seen image screen2 for example). During both rides my heart rate meter and power meter were functioning properly and were displayed on the Edge.

I did not change any settings on my Edge as far as I'm aware of.

I've added also the fit files for both rides in a zip file (since I can not add FIT files).

Any hints or thoughts about this?

    Hey Jack - I just had the same problem. My rides usually update training status and effect no problems. Oddly one ride didn't update, annoyingly it was a very long, dull, low aerobic ride for the specific purpose of focusing on a low aerobic load.

    I've tried deleting it, re-uploading it, but to no avail.

    I've just experienced exactly the same problem with zero load reported on a ride where all other data has appeared to be normally recorded. I'm on Version 11

    I've had this issue twice now within the last month with version 11.0. I've reported this to Garmin, but could you also report it to them? So that they are aware that more people having this issue.
