I had mine replaced free of charge and my shipment costs were reimbursed
I’m going to call support tomorrow. It’s nuts they offer a replacement for $150. It was just on sale for $300 lol
This is a well know issue and Garmin replaced it for free in my case.
my garmin 1030 is not under warranty anymore, and has the halo screen, does someone has any experience on how garmin is dealing with that, is this still a free of charge replacement ?
Mine had about a month left on warranty, so my replacement was covered by it.
Call customer service. If you go through the website they will charge you for replacement.
