I did a ride last week and got the summary, but once I tried to upload it to Garmin Connect, it said the file was corrupt.
I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out where my issue is and can help me fix it.

It's a recovered file. If it has none of the data, then I guess this is as far as it goes.

search & cut & paste got partially your data and FitFileRepairTool made it readable
when your ACTIVITIES folder contains many files, time to backup and clean it
