Corrupt FIT File

I tried using http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/. I chose corrupt file and then selected "convert to .cvs file" but nothing was ever downloaded. Chrome status just said "waiting..."

is this the fit file you found with help of a file recovery tool ?

OnlyTwo...the FIT file is the original file from my garmin. No recovery tool was used on this file. Hope I answered your question...

OnlyTwo... thanks for the fix!! I appreciate it. Most of my ride is there except for the last 3.38 miles. The most frustrating part is that the Garmin seemed to be working correctly.the entire ride until I hit save. This has happened to me several times over the past two months. Do you have the licensed version or free version of FitFileRepairTool? Would like to do this myself if it ever happens again..

you need the license to perform such tasks as with your file...

how many rides are in your ACTIVITIES folder ? time for a backup and clean operation ?

Yea.. I just found that out. I downloaded the tool and did a fix on my file but since its only a demo version the last half of the file had bogus lat/lon. I was on phone with Garmin support last night and we deleted a lot of files and folders. Hope the corruption won't happen again. Thanks again for your help
