Force Edge 1030 to update to firmware to 8.X

Instead of waiting for the roll out, is there a way to force the update? I'm currently running the beta and would like to load the released version.

Thanks Former Member and @Pavlinux. However, the Garmin page doesn't include a download link for the 8.X firmware. There is a link to a file th GPLama uploaded, but it is the firmware for Australia.

I would like the firmware for the United States.

Glad to know I'm not the only one still waiting for this update to drop. Seems incredibly slow this time around. I think four days now...

The last couple of updates I had to wait for a couple of months before they showed up on the device. Not sure what their protocol is but it isn't user friendly.
