Access to external maps on edge 1030 with 8.0

Hi, I seem to have an issue with external maps used with the device, after update to latest official 8.0 version the device remains at loading maps/courses screen (with garmin logo) and can't go into operation. Only hard reset helps when I try to shut it down. When SD card was removed, all started correctly, although all profiles were removed :( This update although very nice does not make me confident I will be able to use external maps I purchased any chance this will be looked into in the near future?

What do you mean with "external maps"? I have the openstreet maps on my SD card and it works fine with 8.0.

I mean TOPO maps (pltopo.pl). SD card inserted and Edge won't run. If the card is removed all boots up correctly. The card is not corrupt.
