Livetrack still garbage with 7.87 and GCM 4.22.1

See attached screen dumps from this morning's ride. Livetrack didn't show anything from shortly after the 5km point until the 50km point.

I have the same experience. Even all the trip were done under perfect mobile radio coverage area (perfec coverage area ).

I have exactly the opposite - since 7.85 I have zero issues with LiveTrack (finally!). Including auto start. Same for 7.87. Device is Galaxy Note9.

Former Member - Do you have an iPhone or Android phone? If iPhone, we recently released a new version of the Garmin Connect App (4.22.2) that included a 'Bug fix around devices not reconnecting with Garmin Connect'.

It's an Android phone - a Google Pixel 2.

Live track works for about 5 miles and then stops. Occasionally it will work but not with the autostart option. I'm in a area with excellent cell phone coverage and using a Iphone 6. I just checked and GCM is version 4.22.1. I'll try tomorrow with the newer 4.22.2

Works fine for me with an iPhone X, I have done several rides and it auto starts live track and ends when I finish

Tried Livetrack with GCM 4.22.2 and it does work perfectly. Even autostart works. Surprise to me.

Me too, it started by surprise yesterday as I had forgotten it was even activated.

I got to a place where Livetrack is working (autostart) AND bluetooth doesn't keep dropping with the "disconnect" and "connect" message at random intervals. To keep it working, I have just stopped allowing updates to the firmware/software on my Samsung S10+ and 1030

Android Pie 9.0

Garmin Connect 4.20

1030 Firmware 7.50

Wifi on the 1030 : Off

I did, somehow, manage to have 2 bluetooth connections between the devices, one for BLE and one for regular bluetooth....whether this helps, I don't know. Frankly, this set up works 95% of the time, so I am sticking with it
