no file checksums and no summary at the end of the fit file
repaired with FitFileRepairTool
cheggers70-E1030-kaput-part18-2019-08-21-11-20-06-fixed.zip
and this one repaired with Fit File Tools (not graphically shortened)

congratulations with the triathlon
the downloaded swim hr data was not complete and corrupted
cycling, at km26 SPD/CAD sensor (check battery) took over from GPS and spd/dist was lost
repaired with FitFileRepairTool

have no idea why the file is corrupted, FIT structure is ok
repaired by import/export with FitFileRepairTool
suggest you also contact Garmin Support and tell them about your mishap
