My Edge 1030 wont power-up.

Thought it was a flat battery but after charging all night it is dead. Any ideas? It was in power-save mode when it died

Microkid Good call on the soft reset. We would recommend first holding down the power key for 10+ seconds to reset the device. This will not cause any of your data to be lost and should get the unit powered…

Try charge again for 1 hour. After that, press the power button for more than 10 seconds

jumping into the chat simply to say thank you! had the same problem yesterday and held the power button for more than 10 seconds. fired back up nicely.
