Use with BaseCamp

Is there a new Garmin USB driver that is is more reliable? I can connet and see my 1030 in BaseCamp about 1/4 the time. Then about 1/4 the time it will see it but cannot read data. The rest of the time the unit is seen as a drive but WIN10 will not open it.

Garmin USB drive is dated in 4-19-2012 v2.3.1.0

The 1030 does not use the Garmin USB driver. It's a standard USB mass storage device, and runs on the built-in windows drivers.
