1030 doesnt start, or better shuts down while trying to start

my 1030 is unable to start or better shut down while trying so. hard reset doesnt work, neither does forcing into usb mode. no idea whats wrong. ideas?

Try removing the micro SD card, if you have one in your Edge.

I had the similar problem, and when starting the unit without SD card it worked fine. I had both the Garmin Bike Map Europe and the OFM Europe 2019 on the card and after removing the Garmin bike map the unit started normally with the SD card inserted.
