I have a Garmin 1030 running software version 7.40. I am experiencing lots of device dropouts:
My phone will randomly disconnect from the 1030 while I am riding
If I ride to a meet point and wait for other riders to arrive, when we depart, my power meter and heart rate monitor will not reconnect. The only way to make them reconnect is to power cycle the 1030.
I am using specialized dual sided power cranks, a wahoo HRM, and an iPhone X. I am running the latest version of firmware for the power cranks, and the latest version of IOS for the iphone.
I can supply a fit file which shows this behaviour .
I'd really like to get this issue resolved as it is affecting my training and I have a big event coming up.
FYI I have just updated the software version of the 1030 to 7.50 but have not used it yet.
